Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. At Odora, we offer a full store credit, valid indefinitely, upon the return of your garment. Please note we do not offer refunds, only exchange or store credit and that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect order, kindly contact us at hello@odora.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel for further assistance. To facilitate this process, an investigation into any reported faults will precede the return process. Please note that garments will not be accepted as faulty if they have only minor issues like extended threads that can be trimmed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or altered garments. Retaining the tags on the garment is necessary for returns. When trying on items, kindly take care to avoid marks, stains, makeup residue, pet fur, or odors, as we will not accept returns with these signs of wear. It's important to throughly inspect your garments before returning them; any returned items with marks will not be eligible for credit.

Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item, and the item must reach us within 21 days. Before sending your return, please email us at hello@odora.com.au

To ensure a smooth process, please remember to include your name and order number when requesting a return, as this information is necessary for issuing a store credit.
